2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

This is will be the easiest Banana pancakes recipe you’ll ever make. I’ve been making this dish for a long time now, it’s always my go to breakfast when I want something quick, yummy and filling. The best part is you’ll probably have the ingredients lying around anyway. So here’s how you can make this yummy breakfast:

You’ll need:

1 Banana
2 Eggs

Directions:

Mash the banana up on a bowl using a fork, add the eggs and whisk together. Heat up a frying pan and add a touch of olive oil.  I won’t talk you through how to make pancakes as i’m sure we’ve all done it before. But just treat this like normal pancake batter, one thing to watch out for is that I find it cooks a little quicker than normal, so you might want to use a lower heat, or closely watch how quick they cook.

Makes : 4 Small pancakes (one serving)

That’s it. It’s that easy.

If you want, you can top with fruit, or I recommend peanut butter, but they are equally as delicious on their own. If I know I won’t have time in the morning to make breakfast, I’ll prepare these the night before, then heat them up in the microwave and they taste just fine.

If you’re following the slimming world plan, these are Syn Free (just replace the olive oil with fry light spray). If you are counting calories it works out to around 250 calories and 14g of protein.
