On Saturday Revlon Malta kindly invited me to an event at Palazzo Castelletti in Rabat. I’d never been to this venue before so it was a nice way to spend my Saturday morning, it was nice to get out and enjoy the island on the weekend other than doing house work (it just never ends!)
When I arrived there was already loads of people there, I quickly found my bunch of usual event buddies and had a bit of a catch up. At the venue Revlon had laid of a huge bunch of products for us to play with. It was like being a kid in a candy shop.
We then headed inside for a presentation. Giselle the Marketing Director for Revlon Malta talked us through the Revlon history.
Fun fact: Did you know Revlon made the first nail polish?
Here colleague Michaela then introduced us to their recent launches as well as what we can expect later in the year. Colour stay foundation with a pump anyone? If you’ve been on the internet lately, you might have seen that Revlon completely over hauled their mascara and launched an awesome new range. They look really sleek with black packaging and different coloured caps. There is 5 to choose from – which one will you choose?…
- Ultimate All-in-one (red)
- Dramatic Definition (purple)
- Super Length (green)
- Ultra Volume (pink)
- Volume + Length Magnified (blue)
Afterwards we mingled over drinks and cake, and Revlon had a prize draw for that awesome brunch set (they collaborated with BMW for the design!).
I did pick up some goodies while I was there that I’d been trying out over the weekend. Keep an eye out for tomorrows post, there might just be some swatches and a review coming.
Also at the event – designer Saz Mifsud was there show casing her collection of scarfs, but I have something else planned with Saz, so I’ll save that for another post.
